Amazing in all aspects.I am a 70 year old woman looking to buy my first car.I knew totally nothing about this process. tony my salesperson, and Jason were exceptional. Also I had questions about my service agreement and the two mechanic were so helpful and kind. I waited until the very end of the lease of my 2015 Tucson to turn it in as I wanted to buy outright my next vehicle and was having trouble finding just the right car for me. Very happy with my new car and would recommend this dealership and my salesman Pete Turner to anyone who may ask. I had a problem with the battery in my new car after less than a week and Pete came to my home and brought me his demo car to use while he brought my car back to the dealer to get it fixed. My salesman (Darren Nason) was not only extremely professional and friendly, but also very attuned with my needs. He did not try to move me into a bigger vehicle than what I needed. He was also very informative about the workings of the electronics and knew how to explain it to an old codger.

Was impressed with the facility, it was a small dealership, but clean. People were very nice and accommodating. Darren was nice and able to help me get the best deal on the car that I wanted.
The explanation of turning one lease over to begin another was not as thorough as we were hoping. Also, details of the contract were not discussed, such as purchase price and process of returning at the end of the 36 months. Upon delivery of the vehicle, none of the dash had been washed. We received a showroom model, and it didn't appear that any effort was taken to ensure the product was cleaned thoroughly.

I have been dealing with Quirk Hyundai for ten years, and have been extremely satisfied. I loved my 2007 Elantra and I suspect I will love this new 2017 Elantra. During the buying process I did make a major mistake. I didn’t buy an Elantra with a Blind Spot Detection System (BSD) and neither did I buy the Backup Camera.
